INTRODUCTION: A stroke is a sudden neurological disorder caused by the resulting circulation disorder in the brain which leads to insufficient inflow O2 in certain part of the brain, followed by damage and death of nerve cells in the affected area of the brain which is manifested renal. Brain attack is divided into ischemic and hemoragic. In 85% of cases it comes to ischemic and 15% of hemoragic. And if cerebral hemorrhage rarer, their prognosis is worse, mortality in patients who experience a kind of cerebral hemorrhage is higher and residual disability weight. OBJECTIVE: Describing diagnosis, risk factors and adequate care of the patient at the level of primary health care. CASE: On the infirmary HMP police transported the patient is unconscious, was among the strikers lyze 'Agroživ', fell in the street, suffering from hypertension. Status: unconscious, not responding to the call, not vocalizes the present reaction to pain, cold sweat, down left corner of the lips,visible weakness of the right side of the body Vital parameters: BP 210/120mmHg, HR 68/min., RF 16/min, SpO2-98% SIB-10,8 mmol / l Auscultation findings: cardiac rhythm action, quieter tones, without pathological murmurs, vesicular breathing ECG: sinus rhythm, HR 66 / min, with no signs of acute lesions and necrosis Neurological: comatose, Hutchinson pupilon the left ,eyeball deviation to the left, limbs increased muscle tone, right limbs without movement. Therapy: open two venous line, Sol.NaCl 0,9% 500ml i.v. infusion. Transport. During transport the patient says epi attack with complete muscle spasms of the left half of the body, while the right is lagging behind, with the appearance of foam at the mouth and urination. Sedation with the amp Dormicum a 5mg+amp Dormicum a 5mg i.v. followed by a calming of attack. Transportation time from the beginning to review the hospital 30 minutes. DISCUSSION: A case of a stroke as one of the most urgent conditions in medicine, resulting from the stress situation. The most common causes of stroke are: heritage, hypertension, smoking, diabetes, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity Stroke is associated with a very high state of death, in 2/3 patients after stroke behind different states of neurological deficit, and 1/3 patients permanently disabled and totally dependent on others' help. CONCLUSION: Timely reporting physician, prevention and treatment of risk factors, compliance with physician instructions and taking prescribed medication with adequate control of the disease can significantly reduce the chance of stroke.
