Abstract

ABSTRACT Intravascular large B‐cell lymphoma (IVLBL) poses a diagnostic challenge due to its varied, nonspecific symptoms. Utilizing PET‐CT can be valuable in identifying lesions across the body, aiding clinicians in targeted biopsy planning. Clinicians need to be aware that IVLBL may manifest hepatic lesions along Glisson's sheath mimicking intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
