Abstract

Decision-making processes, althoug widely recognised as very important for the public sector, have been somewhat neglected in the Romanian professional literature dedicated to public organizations. Current article aims to draw attention upon some issues that decisionmakers may have to deal with while facing daily choices and could influence the outcome of their work.
