The case human capital frame is on basis of strategic indexes of the balanced system

Abstract

The article is devoted the problems of management a human capital. In quality of instrument of strategic management of industrial enterprise a human capital the offered case a human capital frame is on the basis of strategic indexes of the balanced system. The presented model allows to find out the presence of cross-coupling of indexes of human kapitalu and efficiency of their use in the balanced system of indexes.
