The study aims to identify the reality of international organizations through their role in the educational discourse and its contents, and to attempt to anticipate their cultural role and the impact of concepts in the formulation of cultural identity for community education. This is through an interrogative process about defining the new educational concepts of international organizations working in the educational sector and their cultural roles in Jordan. The study used a descriptive historical-analytical method based on content analysis. It was limited to the latest concepts circulated in media programs and school curricula. It has been found that the Jordanian educational sector adopts modern educational programs of international organizations without being fully aware of their intellectual content and effects. National identity is at stake because the volume of oversight is almost low and awareness of the work of international organizations is almost missing. This contributed to the consolidation of decline and dependence and the reproduction of geopolitics. The study recommends that the state and educational institutions assume their responsibilities by placing restrictions on the work of international organizations in order to ensure the preservation of national sovereignty, cultural identity and the norm of education.
