The present text seeks to study the agrarian subject starting from the reality regional from the Pontal do Paranapanema, site of the dispute between two models of the rural territorial development: the american model denominate agribusiness whit pretension of the expand on this lands the sugar-cane plantation and the model engendered by the peasants when occupys this lands for implant the agrarian reform. The concept of the conflicting utilized on the text is the responsible by the proposition of the news questions and also by the indication of the news directions for the reflection of the locality and the activity from the peasants with the capitalist society .
