ON THE PEDAGOGUE’S COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE
Abstract
The article describes the features of the communicative culture of the teacher in the aspect of prediction of conflicts and conflict prevention. It is proved that the pedagogue’s communicative culture is the most important element of the common pedagogic culture. First and foremost, the pedagogue’s professional and psychological training, considering that one encounters different communicant during one’s activity, is aimed at tolerance. Within the aspect of predicting conflictogenuous situations and averting the conflicts in the education, the personal qualities of the pedagogue articulated in the modern teacher’s models are extremely important. Developing the communicative models aimed at widening the space of the cultural dialogue that could be mastered by a modern pedagogue is a perspective direction of this topic’s research.
