The service delocalization sector has made a significant contribution to the economic conversion of the knowledge industries that has occurred in Morocco in recent years, and which is the subject of significant sectoral and territorial development, making it possible to offer modular advances to new technology professions in geographically concentrated areas. Although considered a relatively young sector because it was almost non-existent ten years ago, the sector quickly adopted proactive policies to support its development, thus helping to build a solid digital territorial capital. This work seeks to identify the relevant characteristics of this capital and whether it could possibly constitute a potential source of territorial attractivity. The analysis of the interaction between the characteristics of the service delocalization sector and the postulates of a digital territory will allow us to know the most relevant factors.
