Children's camps are an important element in the formation and development of a child. It is especially important to create conditions that promote the harmonious development of the child’s personality, his socialization and the formation of healthy relationships with others. This scientific article exam-ines the role of psychological and pedagogical support in the success of the healing process and emphasizes its importance in promoting the harmonious development of the child. The study is based on a systematic analysis of the literature, as well as on the description and analysis of experience in practical work with children in health camps. The results of the study show that the joint work of psychologists and teachers contributes to the harmonious de-velopment of the child’s personality, the formation of positive self-esteem and the development of social skills. An important aspect of such support is the creation of conditions for the emotional well-being of children, their psy-chological stability and adaptation to various life situations.
