Determination of focal mechanism solutions of the earthquakes with M≥4.0 occurred in the mainland of China during October 2022 to February 2023

In this paper, the regional full waveform inversion using the broadband waveforms recorded by China Seismic Network were conducted, and the focal mechanism solutions of the 46 earthquakes with M≥4.0 occurred in the mainland of China from October 2022 to February 2023 were obtained. The centroid location and time shift of the M6.1 Shaya, Xinjiang earthquake were determinated by a grid search in the horizontal plane. The types of these focal mechanism solutions show 15 reverse faulting, 15 strike-slip faulting, 14 normal faulting and 2 odd earthquakes.
