This research describes the motivational facts in the soccer professional players, as sportment and internal clients of the corporation Boyacá Chicó Soccer Club. Escala de Motivacion Deportiva (EMD), and Cuestionario de Motivación para el Trabajo (CMT) were both applied. Participants were twenty eight soccer players, whose ages were between 17-39. The results found that in EMD, the internal motivation, by stimulation, predominates over the rest subscales, the lack of motivation is not determinant in the sport behavior. The CMT, allowed finding the factors of salary, recognition and requisition, the latter understood as behavior aimed at obtaining desired rewards, yielded high scores, the self-realization and the content of the task scored low.
