Green leaf volatiles (GLVs) are released in substantial quantities when plants encounter biotic or abiotic stresses. These compounds not only enhance the resistance of the plant itself and neighboring plants, but also significantly regulate plant growth and development. Here, we comprehensively reviewed the synthesis of GLVs and elucidated their multifaceted functions and underlying mechanisms in response to plant growth and diverse stress conditions. Furthermore, the focus extended to exploring the potential of GLVs in shaping soil rhizosphere ecological processes. Investigating the regulatory effects and mechanisms of GLVs on soil ecosystems offers novel insights for improving soil health and optimizing farmland productivity. . 植物受到生物或非生物胁迫时会大量释放绿叶挥发物。绿叶挥发物不但可以增强植物自身及邻近植物的抗性,还可以显著调节植物的生长发育。本文综述了绿叶挥发物的合成及其在调节植物生长发育、应对生物和非生物胁迫中的功能和作用机制,并对绿叶挥发物在调控土壤根际生态过程中的潜在作用进行了展望。探究绿叶挥发物对土壤生态系统的调控作用及机制,可为改善土壤健康、提高耕地生产力提供新思路。
