In a second moment, we report and analyze through the speech of former students of Paideia, how it happens and/or happened their insertion in society, and in special in the work world. The research methodology was done basically through interviews with the actors and constructors of the school and the expe riences of the reality according Le Goff (1996; 2006). The present research report covers a period of ten years, when, in a first Ph.D. research, in 1999, we experienced Paideia for about 30 days, describing, understanding and analyzing its didactic-administrative organization and structural principles of the thinking-doing of the children and teenagers. Later, in 2009, in a post doctorate research, we restarted the work, meeting back the former paideians', now at the age of 30, to verify their social and productive insertion and interaction.
