Tackling the current climate and environmental crisis is an opportunity to relaunch European economies in a sustainable way. This requires urgent and sustained action by all actors in our society to preserve the health, prosperity and well-being of people in Europe and around the world. In response to this challenge, the European Green Pact has set a high level of climate neutrality by 2050. It is also Europe's growth strategy, which aims to transform the EU into a just and prosperous society with efficient and competitive economic resources. The economic response to the Covid-19 pandemic provided a unique opportunity to accelerate the green transition, as stated in the Strategy. Eco-mobility must be the new license for the development of the transport sector and must be based on an efficient and interconnected multimodal transport system for both passengers and freight. Multimodal transport needs to be improved by an affordable high-speed rail network, recharging and refueling infrastructure for zero-emission vehicles and the supply of renewable fuels, through cleaner and more active mobility in "greener" cities that contribute to the health and well-being of their citizens. In this sense, this tudy is focused on the comparative study of the railway infrastructure of two grade II municipalities, the way of rehabilitation of railway stations in Alexandria and Giurgiu, the possibilities of integrating these constructions - one of them included in the list of historical monuments- in the tourist circuit, of their promotion through digital technology and the establishment of sections destined for permanent or temporary exhibitions, with 3D digitized mobile cultural goods, museums that offer virtual tours and panoramic images, services that generate their possibility to be introduced on the list of cultural events.
