Influence of Employee Experience and Workload on Workforce Agility in Startup Employees
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to see the influence of employee experience and workload on workforce agility in startup employees. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a quantitative method with a population of start-up employees in Indonesia. Data were collected through employee experience questionnaires, workload, and workforce agility. The study included a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. Findings: The study's results found a joint influence between Employee Experience and workload on Workforce Agility. Sub-hypothesis 1 was accepted. Namely, there was a positive and significant influence between Employee Experience and Workforce agility in Start-Up Business Actors. Sub-hypothesis two was accepted, namely a positive and significant influence between workload and workforce agility in Start-Up Business Actors. Implications/Originality/Value: As a consideration in determining policies for determining workload, employees can be agile at work coupled with positive work experience.
