Del federalismo competitivo al federalismo global de mercado = From the competitive federalism to the global federalism of market
Abstract
Este trabajo desarrolla una propuesta teórica que intenta explicar la forma que adopta el poder federal en el marco del conjunto de factores que conviven en esta etapa de crisis. Según los autores, el sintagma federalismo global de mercado expresa la organización territorial del poder funcional a la vigencia del capitalismo financiarizado. Son múltiples las exigencias teóricas que se derivan de esta tesis. Se trata de fundir el fenómeno contemporáneo de la articulación integrada del poder en múltiples que abarcan el nivel estatal y global y la relación economía-política que caracteriza la primacía del mercado. This work developes a theoretical proposal that attempts to explain the way that adopts the federal power in the framework of the set of factors that coexist in this stage of crisis. According to the authors, the statement «global federalism of market» expresses the territorial organisation of the functional power the validity of capitalism. The theoretical demands arising out of this thesis are multiple. It”s melting the contemporary phenomenon of integrated joint power in multiple covering the State and global levels and the relationship Economy-Policy that characterizes the primacy of the market.
