This paper evaluates the effect of pH of the culture medium in Canavalia ensiformis callogenic multiplication. In order to obtain data for optimal growth of biomass callogenic, two work ranges were determined, the first between 4.5 and 5.5 and second between 5.5 and 6.0, determining the effect it produced on callogenic multiplication. Also, it was observed that the amount of seed callus affects the increase of biomass. Then an analysis of variance to planting obtained data , it was found that the best pH for the culture medium is 5.5, whereas the weight of the callus to be sown should be greater than 0.2500 grams, in order to realize was made C. ensiformis propagation adequate for commercial production of metabolites of interest.
