Teaching Innovation in Volunteer Sprits for a Social Development Course for Developing Working Essential Skills towards EEC of Burapha University Students

The purposes of this study were to create teaching innovation in Volunteer Sprits for Social Development Course for Developing Working Essential Skills towards EEC area of Burapha University Students and to develop the integration in teaching progress on this course. The sample was 271 students enrolled in this course. The population was selected by purposive sampling. The research method was created the teaching innovation which integrated among Project-Based Learning (PBL), Co-5SETPs and Creativity Based Learning. The teaching procedures were as follows.- (1) creating learning options (2) building learning inspiration (3) targeting area (4) planning the project (5) building the connection (6) arranging activities (7) concluding and evaluating activities (8) presenting the project. After the teaching innovation was implemented, our finding would seem to imply that students had been developed essential workingskills; collaborative workingskill, communicatingskill, critical thinkingskill,andvolunteer sprit for 100%, career skill for 86.96%, media skill for 82.60%, creativity skill Sprits for Social Development Coursefor Developing Working Essential Skillstowards EEC of Burapha University Students for 78.26% and cross-cultural management for 69.57%.
