Clinical efficiency of medium and high doses of valsartan in the treatment of patient with arterial hypertension and chronic kidney diseases

Abstract

The results of the study, which shows the efficiency of antihypertensive and nephroprotektive angiotensin II receptor blocker valsartan in patients with arterial hypertension of and chronic kidney disease. Dose dependence was confirmed nephroprotective and antihypertensive effects of valsartan, and also marked by a high safety profile of the drug in the average and maximum therapeutic doses.
