Patient safety is a key component of quality of medical care. There evidences that organizations with high safety culture has higher compliance to safety standards maintenance, high level of medical errors reporting and safe staff behavior. The aim of the study is estimation of optimal method for safety culture assessment in Moscow multi-profile clinic. The investigation was conducted in JSC “Medicina” clinicin 2014–2015. 506 doctors and nurses took part in the investigation (50% of staff). Two main surveys tools were used for safety culture assessment – HSPSCиSAQ. Advantages and disadvantages of both surveys were analyzed including comfort for filling in, time for filling, data available for comparison and main foci of both surveys tools. Asaresult HSPSC is the best tool for safety culture assessment in multi-profile Moscow clinic taking into account cultural, social and economic factors.
