Abstract

O autor ressalta no presente texto a importância da noção de movimento (kinesis) para a determinação da natureza (physis) na Física de Aristóteles. Nessa perspectiva, ele discute o problema da definição de movimento apresentada pelo próprio Aristóteles nos três primeiros capítulos do livro III da Física.In this article the author stresses the importance of the notion of movement (kinesis) in the determination of nature (physis) in Aristotle's Physics. In this perspective, he discusses the problem of the definition of movement given by Aristotle himself in the first three chapters of Book III.
