Highlights Skip N2 metastasis is related with better on-year survival rates in Lung Adenocarcinoma EMT regulator gene SLUG expression is suppressed in Skip N2 compared to Non-Skip N2 metastasis. Tumor metastatic site exhibit less Vimentin staining at Skip N2 lymph node Bioinformatic analyzes show that one of the genes with the highest expression correlation with SLUG was TP63, suggesting that they may be acting together in this process.
