找尋群體討論題目的捷徑 The Best Approach to Find Out Discussion Groups in BITNET

Abstract

無LISTSERV GROUPS, LISTS and New-List are three catalogs of discussion groups in BITNET. The scope, information in each entry and usage in these catalogs are different. The best approach to find out one's interesting discussion groups is to search LISTS and New-List database in the same time. 22 nodes provide LISTS database and 2 nodes provide New-List data-base are listed. An example of how to search these database is shown and how to use- properly the information extracted from them is explained.
