The formation of the wage fund, taking into account the quality of coal produced

Abstract

The necessity of promoting workers ofcoal mining enterprises to improve the quality of coal produced is proved. The scientific and methodical approach to the formation of the wage fund, taking into account the quality of coal produced is proposed. The comparison of the standard method of forming the wage fund with the proposed method taking into account the quality of coal is made.
