LIFE QUALITY OF POPULATION OF THE REGION AND PREVENTION OF NON-ADULT FATALITIES AND INJURIES IN FIRES

Abstract

The article considers the proposal to use the Harrington desirability function to normalize indicators reflecting the regions condition in the context of connection between fatalities/injuries of non-adults in fires and life quality of population of the regions and the preventive activities of EMERCOM of Russia territorial authorities. The prospects of such approach are shown.
