Abstract

Management development of resources marine cultural especially exploiting of priceless shipment which go under the surface various state have vastly, but in Indonesia its development still not yet run off from early position. Marine cultural under territorial sea of Indonesia was a lot of and intake of illegal resources by outsider often happened, so Indonesia’s government have to lose priceless in that shipment. On that account government required to think how this problem can managed and management of marine cultural under sea can be conducted united and oriented to national purposes.
