In this study, we aimed to compare modified Krauss polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis (PAGGE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods in classification, quantification, and separation of lipoproteins and determining low-density lipoprotein (LDL) size.
