Archive in information society: experience of philosophical Innovative behavior models as an adaptation mechanism of social systems in non-linear environment
Abstract
The urgency of the discussed issue is caused by the need to create an effective mechanism for adaptation of social systems to unstable environmental conditions. The main aim of the study is to substantiate the use of innovative behavior models as a way of social system adapting to unstable environment on the basis of the system analysis in specific context of globalization processes and formation of the unified information space; to develop a methodology for use of co-evolutionary-innovational processes for creating effective mechanisms for adaptation to the unstable environment. The methods used in the study: General scientific and philosophical principles and methods of learning: the system analysis, the structural-functional approach, the dialectical method, the comparative analysis, the principle of historicism and activity of the subject of cognition, the principle of universal connection of phenomena, the principle of determinism, the principle of development, the principle of unity of the world, applied in context and specifics of globalization processes taking place in the modern society; some parts of the theory of social management, the theory of society, the theory of global evolutionism used due to complexity and diversity of the research. The results: It is revealed that innovative behavior models are a way of effective adaptation of social systems to unstable environment, based on scientific principle of co-evolutionary innovation. It is shown that the modern period is characterized by increase of dynamics and complexity of social systems interactions. In such circumstances the creation of effective adaptation mechanisms in unstable environment can be accomplished through the use of co-evolutionary-innovative processes. The author developed the recommendations for creation of these processes on the basis of effective adaptation mechanisms of social systems to the conditions of instability. The conclusions: Developing innovative behavior models of social systems based on the principle of co-evolutionary innovation creates favorable conditions to select optimal operating influences in unstable environment, including a systemic crisis. The principle of co-evolutionary innovation represents the unity of the processes of co-evolution, preventive bifurcation and innovation.
