Abstract
Substance use disorder is a critical social and health problem placing a tremendous burden on the country's health care system. Harm reductionpolicy focusing on using opioid agonist make up the majority of the maintenance treatment options. Methadone and buprenorphine are two well-known opioid agonists used in most countries.
