During the last decades there have been big changes in developed countries, many of them related to new technologies. This outlook has benefited some international corporations, because they have increased exponentially their revenue and they have gained power and influence. However, media like printed paper, analog photography or vinyl records have never disappeared, although people said they were dead. That contradictory situation reflects a varied reality, in which some users choose the creative resistance, using the technology in a not proper way or obsolete devices. Paradoxically, the Internet and new technologies have caused a rescue of the past and the creation of huge collective archives like YouTube. As a result of this, retro is in vogue and that means a new life for traditional media.
