Stüber et. al. show that receptor tyrosine kinase signaling can be neutralized through intermolecular, biparatopic bipDARPin crosslinking that locks down the bipDARPin-HER2 complexes. This affects the spatiotemporal organization and dynamics of HER2 in the plasma membrane.
