Abstract

In this report are presented in an easy to understand way, the main elements of such anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of respiratory affection. They are presented aspects: respiratory effort, protective factors and cell secretory main producers of technical and microbiological pecum lung and major disease entities as: hypoxia, simple colds, the obstructive processes, bacterial and fungal infections. The second chapter is dedicated to therapeutic principles applicable înafecţiunile respiratory tract. Are presented: the level of penetration of the particles into the respiratory tract depending on the size, the main categories used in the treatment of respiratory diseases (expectorants substances, antisecretory, antitussives, brohodilatatoarele, alkaloids, anti-infectives, antiasmaticele, antihemoragicele, β-adrenergic receptor agonists, allergics, etc.).
