Abstract An 88‐year‐old man with history of pacemaker implantation was admitted for septic shock. His first pacemaker in the left subclavian had been removed because of generator pocket infection. On presentation, the abandoned lead was fallen out of subclavian and coiled up in the right ventricle, causing moderate tricuspid regurgitation.
