Abstract

The change in the concept of education in Ecuador has caused the different actors of higher education seek new philosophical basis and a new legal framework that will enable this change. In these circumstances, the analysis of the relevance of the different careers with axes of state planning, development zones of the country and the growth prospects of Ecuador becomes vital. The purpose of this writing is to provide a guide for analyzing the appropriateness of the administrative career at the University of the Armed Forces - ESPE.
