Abstract

無Journal literature, constituting the major part of the primary literature of science and technology, is one of the most important and basic media for disseminating scientific information. This article illustrates the characteristics, problems, categories, alternatives and trends of scientific journals. In addition, measures of journals handling in libraries are presented and discussed.
