Revisiting prompt emission calculations for 252Cf(SF) with focus on post-neutron fragment distributions and different correlations

Abstract

The impact of energy partition in fission and the Y(A,TKE) distribution of pre-neutron fragments on the independent FPY and different correlations between pre-and post-neutron fragment quantities is investigated in the frame of a deterministic approach of prompt emission in fission.
