The selection of possible football talents in the category 9-10 years
Abstract
This research addresses the problem of selection of potential sporting talent from a systemic, with a holistic approach, by applying a theoretical model designed for this purpose, which are linked and interrelated criteria and indicators to carry out the selection the potential football talent more comprehensively, which is a scientific novelty in the field of sport in the community in the municipality San Justo Guantanamo. It is part of the study of the current state of the problem, finding the shortcomings in this regard has this work in the 9-10 years of that community, which corroborates the scientific problem of research and be given solution to develop a system of dimensions to enhance the process of selecting potential football talents, taking as a way of detail the relationship between Physical Education and Sport for all and as the headquarters for the Football group teaching, which is the contribution of this research. The level of acceptance of selected specialists, is high, as evidenced by the conclusive results obtained from its assessment, to evaluate the highest percentage of these parts that make up the system of dimensions in the categories very suitable and quite adequate.
