Maintenance Strategy Optimization of Urban Rail Transit OCS Based on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
Abstract
Objective With the development of the intelligence technology and the building of intelligent operation and maintenance platform for urban rail transit overhead catenary/collector system (OCS), the operation and maintenance method of OCS is gradually transiting to prevention-oriented status repair. Therefore, the maintenance strategy needs to be optimized correspondingly. Method The status data of OCS parts and components are the basis to realize intelligent operation and maintenance. The classification, collection and treatment methods of the above data are introduced. The optimized content of the maintenance strategy under the condition of intelligent operation and maintenance platform building is described. Result & Conclusion Though the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of OCS system can give suggestion on maintenance decision according to the OCS status evaluation results and failure induction, concrete maintenance plans need be optimized in combination with the experience of the maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the status inspection of OCS parts and components under sudden, abnormal and unforeseeable events, and strengthen intelligent control of OCS maintenance operation as well.
