Abstract

In contemporary municipal enterprises phenomenon of ownership unbundling of management, it means that the owners do not exercise direct management functions, only entrust them rented persons for that purpose. Their task is, through the application of appropriate work processes and use of resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the company. The issue relating to the description of the interaction between the owner and persons rented by him referred to in the literature the concept of corporate governance and national conditions as corporate governance.
