Purpose: to support the use of hypoxic gas media for emergency restoration of functionality of the body specialists hazardous occupations.Materials and methods. The studies included 26 specialists hazardous occupations (men aged 20-32 years old), with signs of disadaptation. The 14 people (basic group - BG) conducted training with the use of normobaric hypoxic gas media - NHGM (O2 content 15-17%, the duration of each treatment 45 min, the total number of procedures - 12) starting from 6-th day of the hypoxic exposure combined with physical exercise. The remaining 12 people (comparison group - CG) performed a similar exercise to simulate the conditions of NHGM. To assess the functionality of the organism (FO) used the trial with stepwise increased physical load on the bike until the anaerobic threshold (AT), recording parameters of hemodynamics and gas exchange. Trial run for 1 day prior to the start of training courses and the day after. The Results. All persons of BG after the workouts recorded an increase in work load up to AT least 1 upper the baseline, in the absence of such changes to the CG, which revealed a statistically significant (p < 0.05) differences in direct indicators of physical performance (maximum power and load time). Persons of BG also noted a significant improvement of physiological, physical work: reduction in blood pressure and heart rate during load, improve maximal oxygen consumption. Such changes in persons of CG were absent.Summary. The program, based on the use of NHGM can be considered as a selection method in the physiological support of emergency restoration FO of specialists hazardous occupations.
