Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a diabetic patient with stage II pressure ulcers (1例糖尿病合并II期压疮患者的中西医结合护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a diabetic patient with stage II pressure ulcers. Based on the systemic treatment such as local decompression, blood glucose control and nutrition intervention, targeted therapy and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were carried out at different stage of wound surface healing, aiming to relieve the pain and shorten the healing time of wound surface. (本文总结1例糖尿病合并II期压疮患者的中西医结合护理体会。在局部减压、控制血糖、营养干预等全身治疗的基础上, 结合伤口愈合不同阶段的特点, 实施针对性治疗和中西医结合护理干预, 以减轻患者痛苦, 缩短压疮创面愈合时间。)
