Using an experimental setup based on a dynamically controlled led lighting system, the optimal lighting conditions for contrast imaging of biological tissues in surgical operations were investigated. The operating team used this unit to select the optimal illumination of the operating field when working with individual organs and tissues of model animals with simultaneous experimental studies of the spectral characteristics of these biological objects. Based on the spectral characteristics of organs and tissues, and selected the optimal lighting spectra fabrics, the analysis of luminance and color contrasts compared to light objects light spectrum of incandescent lamps. The results confirm the need for narrow-band radiation with varying optimal intensity and spectrum to increase contrast during surgery.
