This study was conducted to understand, evaluate, and quantify decisive support factors of the rice farmers in An Giang to participate in the "The large-scaled rice field" model. On the ground of relevant theories and empirical studies, five factors were used in this study, including (i) agricultural inputs provided; (ii) instruction on rice cultivation techniques; (iii) harvest and storage services available; (iv) selling price and time determined by farmers; and (v) higher income. The evaluation of the measured scale reliability using Cronbach's alpha and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), together with the binary logistic regression model, were used in this study. Empirical findings from this study indicate that all the five factors influence An Giang farmers’ decision to participate in the model. Policy implications are also presented for the farmers and the enterprises
