CLUSTER APPROACH IN DEVELOPING THE MODEL OF PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE STATE AND BUSINESS STRUCTURES IN THE TRANSPORT SECTOR IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The paper deals with the model of developing the partnership between the state and business structures for the transport sector on the basis of formation of the transport and logistics clusters and their underlying coordination structures, transport and logistics centers. The author suggests estimating the synergetic effect of the creation of transportlogistics cluster on the basis of a mark estimation of changes that are present in the activities of the transport and logistics centers, which proves the effectiveness of its functioning from the point of view of reaching synergetic effect.
