Abstract
La prise de décision en éthique clinique Perspectives micro, méso et macro is an edited collection resulting from a workshop around a single clinical case at the end of life in which was introduced an exception drug. The authors of each chapter outline and implement their different analytical frameworks by staging one or more levels of decision making, i.e., physician, patient (micro), clinic, institution (meso) and government (macro).
