This study was carried out to determine of pregnancy by A and B mode real-time ultrasounds which were provided 5 M Hz linear-array transuder between days 42 and 85 of pregnancy in 102 ewes which were Merino, Akkaraman and Awassi bred. No limitation was made water and lood of the ewes before examination. The ewes were examined while standing and scanning were done transabdominally on the right side. The ultrasonic results were compared with actual lambing. Accuracy 73.52%, sensitivity 70.49%, specifity 78.04%, determination of pregnancy 82.69%, and determination of not pregnancy 64.00% for A mode and accuracy 89.21%, sensıtivity 93.44%, specifity 82.92%, determination of pregnancy 89.06% and determination of not pregnancy 89.47% for B mode were found. Results of this study ındıcated that pregnancies may be able to determine accurately 73.52% with A mode ultrasound and 89.21% with B moda real-time ultrasonography between days 42-85 of gestation in sheep.
