Abstract
In 2005, a state policy was initiated in Colombia aimed at bringing members of the illegal groups back into civilian life. Under the rule of that rule, thousands of men belonging to paramilitary groups and members of guerrilla groups were demobilized. Within the re-socialization process, the State undertook, among other aspects, to train the demobilized in areas such as entrepreneurship, psychology and Human Rights. From the above perspective, we have tried to analyze the advances against the subject referenced from a methodology of qualitative research and in accordance with the analytical method.
