The aim of this research was to describe the development of a multimedia application for studying basic understanding of Arabic conversation. This research methodology is prototyping information system development, which is based on the development and use of a model of a system. This approach consists of seven steps: collecting requirements, developing prototypes, evaluating prototypes, coding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, and using the system. A mobile program built for Android is produced using the prototype method. Android Studio is a piece of software used in the development of this program as well as in the creation of multimedia. The result of this research is a development of Takallam application, a Basic Conversation in Arabic. Takallam is an application designed to facilitate conversational learning in Arabic. It features interactive discussions, practical phrases, and engaging quizzes. The incorporation of cartoon animations enhances the learning experience by making Arabic conversational practice more enjoyable and effectively communicating the material. The System Usability Scale testing shows an average score of 74. The Beta Testing shows that the application has the feasibility with an average percentage of 80% indicate that the application meets the feasibility criteria.
