COMMUNICATION AND PERSONAL MARKETING: REFLEXIONS
Abstract
The aim of this study is to reflect about communication aspects that make easy e that ones difficult the construction of the marketing of area professional. It was based on current readings about the subject in the marketing area and relationship in the health area and it starts from the fact that there is not the possibility that we can find people that think and act in the same way in the organizations; therefore the importance of the adequate communication that is the one that decrease the conflicts, to reduce the misunderstandings, it has a defined objective, give information, to offer adequate feedback and to captivate information. The marketing essence is to know accomplish the promises done to the clients and to find what really they want, so we must be alert to our coherence in the verbal and non-verbal communication and to know listen to, it is fundamental for a good individual performance and in order that the organizations reach their goals.
