Abstract

The article analyzes the mechanisms offunctioning of innovative territorial clusters and their influence on the economic development of the region. The essence of the cluster policy is revealed and the specifics of its implementation in the regions of Russia are shown and the main factors that hinder the effective implementation of cluster initiatives at the regional level are highlighted.
